Bilingual Travel Insurance Customer Service Representative
Provide remote support to travelers with insurance claims, coverage questions, and medical services. Handle calls, open claims, coordinate providers, and document interactions.
Descriere
- Respond to client calls with professional, empathetic support
- Advise insured members, families, and medical facilities on coverage and benefits
- Open claims and connect clients with appropriate healthcare providers
- Explain travel insurance coverage, exclusions, and limits
- Authorize certain medical tests and coordinate services as needed
- Guide clients through claims and complete follow-ups
- Record interactions and transactions in the claims management system
- Work with other departments to resolve requests and complaints
- Deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
Cerințe
- College diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer service, telecommunications, or claims support
- Fluency in English and French to assist clients in both languages
- Knowledge of an additional language is an asset
- Strong communication skills and professional conduct
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and internet use
- Availability to work between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., any day of the week, including statutory holidays
- Availability for a rotating schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week
- Ability to work remotely
