Benefits and Wellbeing Manager, VP – Bengaluru Onsite
Lead NatWest Group’s India benefits and wellbeing strategy in Bengaluru, shaping policies, programmes, governance, and investment priorities. Partner with People, Reward, Risk, Finance, and external stakeholders to deliver an effective colleague experience.
Descriere
- Lead the evolution of India’s benefits and wellbeing proposition within the enterprise strategy
- Design benefits programmes, policies, and wellbeing initiatives informed by data, market insight, and stakeholder input
- Improve competitiveness, sustainability, and employer differentiation to support talent attraction and retention
- Develop recommendations that address colleague needs and business priorities while enabling effective delivery and colleague experience
- Review and advance India’s benefits and wellbeing policy, proposition design, standards, and roadmap
- Assess emerging needs, risks, opportunities, and effectiveness using colleague insight, data, market practice, supplier input, and external trends
- Prepare analysis, proposals, business cases, and recommendations covering priorities, proposition changes, policy development, and future investment
- Convert strategy into action with Colleague Experience Delivery, local People teams, enterprise Reward colleagues, and external partners
- Own the India benefits and wellbeing agenda, including priorities, policies, proposition design, standards, and roadmap execution
- Represent India’s perspective in the bankwide benefits and wellbeing strategy
- Oversee governance, risk, and control activities for India benefits and wellbeing policy and proposition changes
- Build relationships with Colleague Experience Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Risk and Control, Finance, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders
Cerințe
- Extensive expertise in benefits and wellbeing policy, proposition design, market practice, supplier and product landscapes, and relevant local regulatory considerations
- Strong knowledge of colleague benefits and the full range of wellbeing pillars in India
- Clear understanding of how benefits and wellbeing contribute to colleague experience and organisational performance
- Ability to interpret data, colleague insight, market practice, and external trends to make sound judgements and shape strategic recommendations, priorities, roadmap decisions, and proposition development
- Experience leading or owning policy, proposition development, projects, or strategic initiatives in reward, benefits, wellbeing, people, or a related field
- Experience preparing papers, business cases, and proposals to inform decisions about priorities, policy changes, and investment
- Understanding of governance, risk, and control requirements applicable to benefits and wellbeing policy and proposition work
- Availability for 45 working hours
