Apraksts

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialist and business-critical technology positions across the firm.
  • Manage full-cycle hiring across Engineering, Product Innovation and Management, Architecture and commercial functions.
  • Work with technology leaders and hiring managers to define requirements, candidate profiles and search strategies.
  • Develop candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and creative engagement with active and passive talent.
  • Build relationships with high-potential passive candidates to support future hiring needs.
  • Share market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, competitors, location strategy and candidate expectations.
  • Coordinate multiple searches simultaneously, communicating progress, risks and next steps.
  • Keep applicant tracking data accurate and provide regular KPI reporting.

Prasības

  • Substantial technology recruitment experience, ideally spanning both agency and in-house work in a professional services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of technology functions, role families and skill sets, with the ability to evaluate technical, commercial and leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success filling niche and difficult technology roles at multiple levels through direct sourcing and proactive market engagement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence hiring managers and offer evidence-based guidance.
  • Highly organised and delivery-oriented, able to manage competing searches while preserving quality, momentum and attention to detail.
  • Confident using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, market intelligence, recruitment data and reporting tools.
  • Collaborative, inclusive and practical working style, with a commitment to equitable hiring and a strong candidate experience.
  • Candidates working in the UK must hold or obtain the right to work in the UK before employment starts.
