  • Lead solution design for complex campaign programs, from cross-channel Canvas workflows and segmentation to lifecycle architecture.
  • Configure advanced Braze tools, including Catalogs, Connected Content, Liquid logic, Segment Extensions, Event Property Segmentation, and In-App Games.
  • Design scalable data models for custom attributes, events, and purchase tracking.
  • Develop and troubleshoot API and webhook integrations, Data Transformations, and CDI connections.
  • Gather requirements and produce solution design materials, including technical diagrams.
  • Create guides for end users.
  • Tailor Stitch’s solution methodology to client constraints and record any deviations.
  • Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite work.
  • Explain technical concepts in business terms and lead client meetings.
  • Build relationships across client organizations and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Recommend solutions, anticipate client needs, and resolve unusual challenges.
  • Manage scope, challenge requests professionally when appropriate, and take responsibility for outcomes.

Prasības

  • Hold Braze Certified Developer and Braze Certified Technical Marketing Expert credentials, or demonstrate equivalent expertise and the ability to certify quickly.
  • Have advanced Braze expertise, including Segment Extensions, Event Property Segmentation, Query Builder, Custom Reporting, In-App Games, Data Transformations, CDI, Message Extras, workspace and team configuration, and tagging.
  • Use Liquid for personalization, loops, object attribute segmentation, Connected Content calls, and AI generation and personalization tools.
  • Create and modify JSON payloads for client use cases.
  • Test and troubleshoot APIs with Postman and sample calls in Braze.
  • Write SQL SELECT and INSERT statements and use a range of JOINs.
  • Advise clients on Web and Mobile SDK implementations, applying best practices and providing code samples.
  • Design and document user-facing and technical solutions.
  • Develop data ingestion approaches for varied client data environments.
  • Understand other MarTech platforms well enough to advise on ecosystem choices.
  • Explain complex technical concepts in business language.
  • Lead client meetings by setting agendas, guiding decisions, and summarizing actions.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels in client organizations.
  • Make recommendations and anticipate client needs.
  • Solve unusual problems creatively and manage scope.
  • Push back professionally when client requests do not support their goals.
  • Take ownership of outcomes and lead proactively.
  • Bring 5–9 years of marketing technology consulting or relevant experience.
  • Have substantial experience with customer engagement or marketing automation platforms; Braze experience is required.
  • Show experience leading client-facing solution design and requirements gathering.
  • Bring agency or consultancy experience managing client relationships at multiple levels.
  • Experience with integration tools such as Snowflake or Databricks is a plus.
  • Have an interest in AI and machine learning applications in marketing.
  • Be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without employer visa sponsorship, now and in the future.
