Remote Customer Service Representative – Accredo Pharmacy, Missouri
Support Accredo pharmacy patients with prescription-related inquiries, enrollment, documentation, and safety escalations. Coordinate professionally with patients, physicians, and internal teams while following program and pharmacy guidelines.

- Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from patients seeking prescription medication assistance
- Coordinate professional inbound and outbound communications with patients, physicians, and physician advocates within program guidelines
- Enter eligibility documents, prescriptions, refills, and related information accurately into system records
- Keep inquiry documentation and system records complete and accurate
- Review and interpret program materials to establish enrollment eligibility
- Explain program requirements clearly to callers and employees
- Escalate allergy, adverse-event, and duplicate-therapy warnings to the appropriate team
- Make outbound calls to resolve questions about program or pharmacy guidelines
Reikalavimai
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Missouri Pharmacy Technician License under state guidelines is required
- At least one year of medical-field experience is preferred
- At least six months of pharmacy technician experience or pharmacy knowledge is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and multiple applications is required
- Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule during operating hours from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Ability to learn quickly, maintain accurate information, adapt to a changing fast-paced environment, and make decisions with limited supervision
- Must reside in Missouri within commuting distance of 70 & N. Hanley in St. Louis
- Home internet must use cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
