Aprašymas

  • Support and train travel agents in daily use of travel systems and technology tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and share system updates, enhancements, and resolutions.
  • Promote technology adoption and support user access, training resources, and help desk operations.
  • Work with internal teams on system testing, accounting corrections, and ongoing improvements.
  • Connect travel users with technical teams and business partners to support and improve automated travel systems.
  • Offer technical and analytical guidance to project staff.
  • Help resolve problems and support continued use of systems.
  • Train field users on hardware, APOLLO applications, AXIS, Travelport Cruise software, websites, and online manuals.
  • Give presentations when needed.
  • Help deploy technology in field locations and administrative offices.
  • Assist with installing PC hardware and application software at field and administrative locations.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of user training materials.
  • Provide support on-site or by phone as needed.

Reikalavimai

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of travel industry experience.
  • At least one year of GDS experience; Sabre experience preferred.
  • One year of Salesforce experience preferred.
  • One year of experience supporting frontline agents preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak to and facilitate small groups.
  • Proficiency with PC applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Experience in a similar role in a travel department preferred.
  • Experience with Amadeus, Apollo, Travelport, Revelex, and ServiceNow preferred.
  • Reliable, consistent attendance is essential.
  • Consent to a background check and drug screening if offered the position.
