Talent Acquisition Coordinator — Mississauga Onsite
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for MHI Canada Aerospace’s aircraft structures manufacturing operations in Mississauga. Manage screening, interviews, offers, compliance checks, candidate communications, documentation, and recruitment reporting.

- Support recruitment and onboarding activities across the hiring process
- Guide internal customers through recruitment cycles to promote efficient, effective hiring
- Publish vacancies on job boards, social media, and the company careers page
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules
- Administer offer letters, background checks, and reference checks
- Work with internal customers to support a seamless onboarding experience
- Apply consistent selection procedures and best practices aligned with MHICA’s Guiding Principles
- Manage candidate communications to provide a consistent, positive candidate and employer-brand experience
- Collect and maintain new-hire documentation, including tax forms and employee information
- Monitor industry developments and recommend improvements to recruitment strategy and headcount planning
- Safeguard confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
- Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Report to the Talent Acquisition Manager

- At least 2–3 years of progressive recruitment experience in a mid-sized or large company
- Aerospace or manufacturing experience is an asset
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
- College diploma or undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- CHRP certification is preferred
- Ability to complete a criminal background check successfully upon hire
