Senior Digital Channels Analyst - Remote in Brazil
Senior Digital Channels Analyst at Banco Mercantil, a banking ecosystem serving customers aged 50 and over. Monitor funnels, in-app campaigns, performance metrics, and A/B tests.

- Track and expand analysis of the squad’s key performance indicators, including dashboards, engagement, conversion, retention, NPS/CSAT, and feature adoption
- Evaluate digital journeys, campaigns, and in-app communications such as push notifications and banners, recommending performance improvements
- Examine app navigation and conversion funnels to identify friction, drop-off, and customer behavior patterns
- Create and validate experience-enhancement hypotheses through A/B tests and qualitative and quantitative research
- Help define and prioritize the performance team’s backlog according to expected impact
- Handle additional responsibilities related to the position
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Experience with digital channels, digital products, or data, ideally within a retail, commercial, or financial app environment
- Understanding of digital business models, including monetization, customer journeys, and financial or commercial app dynamics
- Experience developing in-app communication strategies using segmentation, personalization, and coordinated messaging across push notifications, in-app messages, and email
- Practical experience analyzing acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion funnels and locating performance bottlenecks
- Knowledge of testing practices, including A/B test planning, hypothesis development and validation, and interpreting statistical significance
- Ability to analyze data and reconcile information across sources
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with UX principles for informing experience improvements
- Experience working in agile teams using squads, sprints, and backlogs
- Postgraduate qualification or MBA in Data, Digital Marketing, or Business Intelligence is advantageous
- SQL knowledge is advantageous
