Lead onboarding, certification, and live training for Salesforce’s Customer Success team. Maintain product knowledge resources for Qualified’s AI marketing platform.

- Lead onboarding for newly hired Qualified Success Architects.
- Act as the main contact for new hires and check in with them regularly.
- Arrange system access and coordinate with IT to keep onboarding on track.
- Guide new hires through QSA certification.
- Monitor certification progress and help participants regain momentum when needed.
- Plan and host biweekly CS 5-Star Enablement training sessions.
- Work with Product and subject matter experts to prepare relevant training content.
- Maintain the internal Guru knowledge base and manage its knowledge agents.
- Contribute to broader enablement projects with the Manager of CS Enablement.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Qualified platform.
- Provide guidance and support to the wider CS/QSA team.

- 5–10 years of experience with mid-market or enterprise software.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
- Experience with the Qualified platform is a strong advantage.
- Experience coaching or teaching colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several onboarding schedules and projects at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with, or aptitude for, knowledge management tools such as Guru or Notion.
- Comfort working across teams with Product and subject matter experts.
- Strong curiosity about the product and how it works.
