Outreach Coordinator Analyst – Louisiana (Remote)
CVS Health is seeking a remote Outreach Coordinator Analyst to educate Medicaid and Medicare members, coordinate clinical-service outreach, and support HEDIS quality programs. The role also handles member inquiries and medical-record data activities.

- Lead outreach that helps members use their health plan benefits effectively
- Help members receive important clinical services
- Contribute to improved health outcomes across Medicaid and Medicare populations
- Address member questions in person, by phone, and in writing
- Assist with Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality initiatives
- Help meet regulatory and contractual obligations, including contacting members who are not compliant
- Collect medical records for HEDIS review and abstract supplemental data

- At least two years of experience in member outreach, healthcare marketing, health education, or a related area
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience
- At least one year of experience working with data
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least two years of experience using a personal computer, keyboard navigation, multiple systems and applications, and Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school diploma required
- QuickBase experience preferred
- QNXT experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Analytical experience preferred
