- Coordinate administrative work with project management, estimating, service, and sales teams.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Review incoming contracts and route them to the Legal Department.
- Keep office supplies stocked.
- Enter information into databases to support department managers.
- Process certified payroll documents.
- Handle accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.
- Issue and manage subcontracts for vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain schedules and event calendars.
- Complete general office tasks, including copying, faxing, filing, organizing, mailing, and preparing documents.
- Carry out other administrative duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or General Education Degree.
- One year of experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pass a drug and background screening.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive customer service skills.
- Experience in lighting and electrical work is a plus.
