  • Drive interest, lead generation, and new account opportunities within the Employer and Labor Union commercial vertical and assigned territory.
  • Record calls, activities, and customer details in Salesforce and Outreach while keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Complete approximately 50 cold calls daily alongside cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and other outbound outreach.
  • Build relationships with clinical, executive, and HR and benefits leaders to create pipeline and schedule meetings for Employer and Labor Key Account Directors.
  • Use sales and marketing automation platforms to expand target-account reach, measure activity, and assess performance.
  • Meet targets for outbound calls, newly identified prospects, scheduled meetings, and completed meetings.
  • Develop opportunity-management responsibilities from initial identification through closing midmarket deals.
  • Meet service-level agreements and consistently follow up with prospects across multiple contact attempts.
  • Share feedback with marketing and sales stakeholders on competitive activity, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Partner with the Employer and Labor Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Research companies and contacts, secure meetings with key decision-makers, manage a strong marketing-qualified lead pipeline, and participate in full-cycle management of midmarket deals.
  • Report to the Senior Director of Employer and Labor Sales.
  • Support company culture by upholding and strengthening company values.

Талаптар

  • At least two years of inside sales or field sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Availability to travel as needed, approximately 20%.
  • Experience using sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or laboratory sales, or selling to HR and benefits leaders at self-insured employers, health systems, life insurers, or health plans is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
  • Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities is preferred.
  • Ability to distill complex information into an effective elevator pitch and persuade prospects to act is preferred.
