  • Own daily onboarding activities, from securing customer access and coordinating technical setup with development to creating templates and guiding projects through delivery.
  • Support the Head of Customer Experience with sales calls, kickoff meetings, data-practices discussions, strategy sessions, and training engagements.
  • Lead customer meetings independently, including monthly check-ins and relationship management for an assigned group of churches.
  • Bridge communication between customers and development by explaining engineering solutions, tracking completion, and minimizing engineers’ participation in customer calls.
  • Create documentation for onboarding playbooks, support workflows, training practices, and ministry-focused strategies.
  • Assess which tasks can be automated or delegated, including through AI tools, and which require human or pastoral involvement.
  • Travel periodically to provide in-person training and participate in customer engagements.
  • Gradually take ownership of customer meetings, onboarding administration, church relationships, and scalable customer-success operations.

  • Substantial church or ministry experience through staff service or deep, sustained involvement in a local church.
  • Experience in a customer-facing SaaS or technology role, or comparable experience managing implementations and ongoing organizational customer relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and create clear documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and set priorities without close supervision.
  • Experience with a church management system such as PCO, Pushpay CCB, Rock, or Salesforce is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for customer training sessions and team gatherings.
  • Customer-focused and technically capable, with the ability to discuss CHMS integrations involving Planning Center, Pushpay CCB, Rock, and Salesforce.
