Business Analyst, Salesforce & Sitetracker — Canada Remote
Lead recurring services engagements for Sitetracker customers in Canada. Convert operational requirements into Salesforce-based solutions, prioritized backlogs, and stronger platform adoption.

- Manage the complete client experience across a portfolio of smaller recurring services engagements
- Lead daily delivery independently as the primary engagement owner
- Facilitate focused client discussions, set priorities, clarify decisions, and clear delivery blockers
- Coordinate business-as-usual requests, competing demands, backlogs, and service consumption across accounts
- Direct service hours toward initiatives that deliver measurable customer value
- Turn business requirements into actionable backlog items and effective Sitetracker configurations
- Identify operational weaknesses early and propose appropriate follow-on work
- Improve platform usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and readiness for expansion
- Provide transparent reporting on service utilization, backlog condition, and forthcoming priorities
- Establish a dependable pipeline of high-value work while maintaining consistent delivery velocity
- Create repeatable requirements-discovery methods, client materials, and operational templates
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resolve routine platform issues independently

- Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce mechanics and Sitetracker administration
- Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and basic flows or rules
- Experience configuring and maintaining functional settings in Sitetracker or a comparable platform
- Skill in diagnosing standard platform issues and business-as-usual service requests
- Ability to elicit business requirements and convert them into actionable backlog items or user stories
- Capacity to manage several concurrent client engagements across a high-volume portfolio
- Strong organizational practices with proactive ownership of client issues
- Ability to quickly learn platform changes and customer operating processes
- Experience producing reusable client-facing resources and operational templates
- Ability to simplify complex operational workflows into clear, usable Sitetracker solutions
