Billing Operations Analyst – Teltec Solutions | São Paulo Hybrid
Billing operations role at Brazilian IT solutions company Teltec Solutions. Responsibilities include issuing tax invoices, validating fiscal data, and supporting operational controls and process improvements.

- Issue tax invoices for products, services, returns, shipments, loaned equipment, RMA cases, testing, and other applicable transaction types
- Review contracts, purchase orders, sales orders, acceptance letters, and other documents that support billing
- Analyze and validate tax information with the responsible department, including taxation, CFOP codes, withholdings, and tax classifications
- Support billing-related contract management and administrative activities
- Monitor billing issues and assist with the accounts receivable cycle when needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Tax, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams
- Review and close orders and projects before final billing
- Maintain, monitor, and update internal controls in Excel, ERP systems, and dashboards
- Support continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives for billing processes
- Prepare and send client reports
- Send clearance certificates to clients
- Create contract records in the ERP system
- Create and update customer and product records
- Submit tax invoices through client portals
- Record incoming invoices
- Prepare and send documents for signature
- Analyze client requests and provide assistance

- One to three years of professional experience in activities related to the role
- Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of operational processes, administrative routines, workflows, and process optimization
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills for working with departments and clients
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience with the PROTHEUS–TOTVS ERP system is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, Power BI, and automation tools is a plus
- Tax-related courses or training are a plus
