Bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
Manage lead follow-up and consultation scheduling for a busy orthodontic practice. Explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financing options in English and Spanish.

- Contact prospective patients by phone, text, and email, including high-volume outbound follow-up.
- Turn inquiries into scheduled new-patient consultations.
- Explain orthodontic treatment options, insurance coverage, co-pays, and payment or financing plans in English and Spanish.
- Keep patient records and lead stages up to date in the CRM.
- Record communication history and follow up promptly.
- Achieve monthly lead-conversion targets.
- Report sales performance using measurable metrics.
- Assist with scheduling, patient onboarding, and administrative work.
- Follow HIPAA requirements and practice standards while working remotely.

- At least two years of hands-on experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator.
- Native or fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Ability to explain complex clinical and financial terms accurately in both languages.
- A demonstrated record of converting leads into consultations at a high rate.
- Comfort discussing previous sales performance.
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines and leads in CRM software.
- Strong working knowledge of orthodontic insurance verification.
- Strong working knowledge of third-party patient financing and payment options.
- Self-motivated, organized, outgoing, and articulate.
- An engaging phone manner suited to independent remote work.
- Full-time contractor role requiring 40 hours per week.
- Available Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. PST.
