Technology Sourcing Contract Manager

Manage complex technology sourcing contracts for Computacenter, overseeing governance, service performance, compliance, profitability, and ongoing operational improvement.

Description

  • Manage assigned technology sourcing contracts from initiation through completion
  • Establish contract-specific governance models and reporting processes
  • Align service delivery with contractual commitments, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Run service reviews, performance reporting, and governance meetings
  • Track SLA results and operational performance against agreed measures
  • Oversee sourcing, procurement, order-to-cash, integration, fulfilment, and lifecycle reporting
  • Assess contract and delivery risks and put mitigation plans in place
  • Work with Inside Sales, Supply Chain, and Delivery teams on orders, performance, issue resolution, and end-to-end oversight
  • Govern contract changes, commercial reviews, renewals, and extensions throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Maintain compliance with contractual, financial, and regulatory requirements
  • Improve profitability, cost efficiency, and financial visibility
  • Review financial performance and lead cost-optimization efforts
  • Conduct business reviews focused on results, risks, and improvement areas
  • Align stakeholders and lead governance across customer-facing operations
  • Improve sourcing and delivery processes while promoting standard methods, tools, and best practices
  • Support innovation across Technology Sourcing services
  • Increase process efficiency, turnaround speed, and service quality
  • Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and hold other ISPs accountable for delivery commitments
  • Ensure root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement actions are completed

Requirements

  • Experience managing contracts in Technology Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline
  • Background managing complex contracts across multiple regions or global operations
  • Understanding of operational workflows such as order-to-cash, delivery, and inventory management
  • Experience managing SLAs and KPIs
  • Expertise in contract governance and lifecycle administration
  • Experience with Device Lifecycle Management or comparable sourcing models
  • Knowledge of procurement platforms, supply chain operations, or IT sourcing
  • Experience collaborating with global vendors and multi-partner ecosystems
  • Strong contract administration and governance capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of SLA, KPI, and performance-management frameworks
  • Ability to handle escalations and resolve complex issues across functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-management skills
  • Commercial understanding of contract terms, financial effects, and cost optimization
  • Knowledge of technology sourcing, procurement, and supply chain processes
  • Experience overseeing multi-vendor environments and global service delivery models
  • Understanding of contract changes, renewals, and service evolution
  • Familiarity with Device Lifecycle Management or equivalent sourcing and service models is preferred
  • Proficiency in performance reporting, analytics, and governance frameworks
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and advanced Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, is desirable
  • Ability to work effectively within a global matrix organization
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented approach focused on service quality and continuous improvement
