Swiss German Customer Service Representative (Remote in Bosnia and Herzegovina)
Provide remote customer service for Swiss German-speaking Nestlé food customers from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Support coffee-related inquiries after completing paid training in Sarajevo.
Description
- Act as the initial contact for premium Swiss customers in the food sector
- Resolve a variety of customer questions and concerns
- Assist customers as a coffee specialist
- Provide support for a Nestlé Group customer
- Work full-time shifts Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00
- Work remotely from Bosnia and Herzegovina after completing training
Requirements
- Swiss German proficiency at C1 level or above
- English proficiency at B1 level is an advantage
- Clear communication, reliability, and strong commitment
- Motivation to learn and collaborate effectively with a team
- Basic computer proficiency
- A dependable home internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
- Antenna and 5G routers cannot be used
- Availability for a paid four-week training program at the Sarajevo office
