Senior UiPath Engineer, Azure AI — Remote in United States

Description
- Deploy, integrate, and scale enterprise Generative AI solutions at customer sites.
- Work within customer engineering teams to operationalize LLMs and Azure-based retrieval systems.
- Translate AI research into reliable, production-grade cloud infrastructure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Apply analytical expertise to demonstrate business value and communicate outcomes.
- Help shape both current initiatives and long-term strategy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, precise, structured requirement documents, including PDDs, SDDs, and user stories.
- Working knowledge of the UiPath ecosystem, including Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, and Action Center.
- Understanding of Azure AI concepts.
- Strong knowledge of automation principles, API integration, SDLC methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, and fundamental system architecture.
- Proficiency with process-mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or Bizagi.
- At least seven years of industry experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI-focused roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with LangGraph and agentic workflow development.
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs through supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning-based techniques.
- Strong foundation in experimental design, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to mitigate model hallucinations through methods beyond creative prompting.
- Proficiency in Python and experience using modern machine learning and AI frameworks.
