State Street seeks a senior leader to drive process re-engineering and AI-enabled operating model transformation in Krakow. The role focuses on efficiency, controls, adoption, and client outcomes across institutional investment services.

Description

  • Lead business-driven process re-engineering and operating model improvements for large-scale digital, automation, and AI-enabled transformation programs
  • Convert strategic transformation priorities into practical process and operating model changes across Falcon and the wider GDS portfolio
  • Plan and deliver process re-engineering and operating model improvement initiatives
  • Turn strategic objectives into delivery plans using Agentic AI, automation, data, and digital capabilities
  • Find inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across end-to-end processes
  • Deliver gains in productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Help design and implement the target operating model, including processes, roles, responsibilities, and workflows
  • Maintain current- and future-state process maps, handoffs, controls, and human-technology interaction points
  • Work with Product Owners and Business, Risk, and Technology stakeholders on transformation use cases and process changes
  • Support adoption, change management, communications, training, and rollout activities
  • Monitor adoption and performance metrics and track realized benefits
  • Perform end-to-end process assessments using qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Create process documentation, scorecards, and KPIs
  • Help embed automation and AI capabilities into operational processes
  • Evaluate how technology and AI affect workflows, roles, and operating structures
  • Maintain alignment with governance, risk, and control requirements
  • Find opportunities to simplify and redesign processes instead of automating inefficiencies

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience designing processes and/or leading operating model transformation in a complex global organization
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in agile or product-centric environments
  • Proven delivery experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation
  • Strong knowledge of operating model design, process optimization, and continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN
  • Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of operational process data
  • Experience measuring performance and developing actionable business insights
  • Exposure to technology- or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority
