Description

  • Create strategic, customer-specific process program plans aligned with enterprise priorities
  • Lead the design and alignment of business processes and capabilities that improve performance
  • Develop end-user-focused process solutions as a functional expert
  • Track process performance using control limits, KPIs, stakeholder reporting, and collaborative improvement
  • Establish and improve controls to reduce operational and compliance risks
  • Create communications plans for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Align stakeholders and customers on business process projects and services
  • Use reporting, data, and analytics to assess process and project performance and improve efficiency
  • Assess business processes and lead ongoing improvement using emerging technologies
  • Lead solution design, business cases, benefits validation, and requirements for process improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and guide team members and business partners
  • Provide business performance insights for planning, research, analysis, and the development and implementation of applications and processes
  • Ensure business risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant education and/or experience
  • Six years of experience in business process execution, consulting, or process engineering and optimization
  • Experience using quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving methods
  • Experience implementing and sustaining changes and improvements
  • Practical experience mapping and modeling processes and creating and validating process documentation
  • Experience applying process management standards and policies, with knowledge of relevant regulations and risk management practices
  • Experience with Lean, Business Process Management, or a similar methodology
  • Experience using systems to collect and analyze data
  • A record of developing, implementing, and maintaining controls
  • Knowledge of marketing processes in financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Detail-oriented, structured approach to process design and documentation
  • Must not require immigration support now or in the future; USAA does not provide visa sponsorship
