Senior Health Informatics Solution Coordinator Lead - Iowa Remote

Lead coordination for Telligen’s national health informatics programs, managing operations, documentation, client relationships, and contract deliverables.

Description

  • Support nationally scoped technical assistance programs.
  • Partner with program stakeholders to design and develop products or services that fulfill contract deliverables.
  • Monitor program activities, deadlines, and internal quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with project teams.
  • Guide internal and project teams.
  • Prepare status reports and address issues promptly.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues to achieve satisfaction.
  • Create, update, review, and distribute accurate documentation in accordance with established processes and Section 508 requirements.
  • Complete final document reviews before Manager approval.
  • Analyze and assess client needs.
  • Manage client expectations and relationships.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure programs and services meet client expectations.
  • Work with customers, partners, and contractors to complete assignments successfully.
  • Coordinate with managers to align client expectations with contract requirements.
  • Support management by assigning and reviewing work, developing processes, and coaching and training staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, healthcare, or a comparable combination of training and experience.
  • Seven to ten years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight.
  • Two to three years of experience managing client or customer expectations and relationships.
  • Three to five years of experience leading professional or support staff.
  • Experience working with a health-related system and/or corporate systems.
  • Advanced proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and other PC-based software.
  • Intermediate proficiency with database applications, data trending and visualization, and reporting tools.
  • Intermediate experience with data collection methods, basic data analysis, and data visualization.
  • An active Enterprise User Administration (EUA) ID is required, or the required training must be completed to obtain one.
  • Work on certain contracts may require U.S. citizenship.
