Description
- Provide inbound first-level support to existing customers
- Resolve technical issues involving TV, telephone, and internet services
- Recommend suitable products and optimize customer contracts based on their needs
- Include a sales-focused conversation in every customer call
- Support customers of leading German energy and telecommunications companies as part of the Vodafone team
Requirements
- At least one year of call center experience
- Experience in technical telecommunications service is preferred
- At least one year of sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales targets
- Reliable availability during the specified working hours
- No secondary employment
- Very good German proficiency at C1 level
- Residence in Germany
- Applicants must have proven support and sales experience; career changers are not eligible
