Remote Client Support Representative — SupplyCore

Support SupplyCore’s government and military supply chain customers remotely, managing orders, contracts, and service issues. Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow contract sales and services.

Description

  • Act as the main customer contact and coordinate with agencies while managing orders and resolving issues.
  • Work across teams to keep customer orders moving smoothly.
  • Offer solutions that address customers’ changing needs.
  • Track customer accounts and spot opportunities to expand sales and services.
  • Grow contract sales and service work through responsive support and regular customer outreach.
  • Handle and document daily communications, support, and issue resolution for assigned customer locations, meeting response targets and escalation requirements.
  • Know assigned contracts thoroughly and explain their rules and limits to customers.
  • Manage orders, quotes, delivery confirmations, and service requests in internal systems while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and internal teams to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or relevant military training or experience in place of civilian experience.
  • Two years of customer service experience; experience supporting government customers is helpful.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to exchange information clearly and accurately with customers.
  • Careful organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with different requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to shift focus and set priorities independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review and understand multiple contracts and their distinct requirements.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with accountability and initiative to complete work with minimal supervision.
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability, and sound judgment when finding creative solutions to customer challenges.
  • Team-oriented approach, including helping colleagues and collaborating with internal departments with varied expertise as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
