Audit care management records for NCQA, HEDIS, CMS, and regulatory compliance while supporting corrective actions, reporting, and quality improvement at Centene Corporation.

Description

  • Audit care management records, documentation, and workflows on a regular basis
  • Verify adherence to internal policies, NCQA standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze trends, discrepancies, and risk areas, then recommend actions to leadership
  • Create and maintain audit tools, scorecards, and tracking systems
  • Partner with care management leaders to review findings and develop corrective action plans
  • Help create and update policies, procedures, and training resources
  • Evaluate process changes to support ongoing compliance and stronger quality outcomes
  • Advise teams on documentation expectations, best practices, and quality standards
  • Contribute to compliance and care management staff training
  • Compile audit reports and present findings to management
  • Monitor performance measures, compliance patterns, and improvement efforts
  • Support internal and external audits when required
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Follow all applicable policies and standards

Requirements

  • Must live in Oklahoma
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two to four years of relevant experience
  • Vocational or technical education may be required alongside prior work experience
  • Experience with auditing, case management, NCQA, HEDIS, and healthcare regulations
  • Comfortable and capable with computers
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
