Philips Service Operations Manager – Colorado Springs (Onsite)

Lead North American service operations for Philips interventional cardiology and vascular device portfolios. Oversee field support, training, compliance, service quality, and scalable operational delivery.

Description

  • Direct service operations for a global interventional cardiology and vascular device portfolio
  • Manage field performance, delivery execution, and operational governance for field service engineers, product support specialists, and service coordinators
  • Establish operating processes for corrective, preventive, and installation services across North America
  • Coordinate with international service leaders to maintain consistent global standards
  • Lead service training and technical education, including program management, course delivery, certification, and operations across three continental training sites
  • Maintain verified engineer competency across product lines within a regulated medical device setting
  • Improve service outcomes such as restoration time, first-visit resolution, installation quality, contract capture, and preventive maintenance completion
  • Lead root-cause investigations and develop operational improvements with engineering and supply chain teams
  • Convert field performance data into actions that increase customer uptime and reduce repeat service events
  • Oversee service quality, complaint escalation, corrective actions, compliance monitoring, product lifecycle support, and regulatory records
  • Work with quality, regulatory, product engineering, field, manufacturing, parts supply, commercial, and enterprise technology stakeholders
  • Develop service delivery infrastructure for portfolio growth and acquisition integration
  • Ensure new products launch with staffed, validated service operations from the outset

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 6 years with a master's degree, in service delivery, service operations, or a comparable field
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in health science, architecture, engineering, business management, or an equivalent discipline
  • Ability to meet the role's minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements, with or without accommodation
  • United States work authorization is required
