Mid-Level Credit Card Collections Analyst at Sem Parar (Hybrid, Brazil)

Sem Parar is seeking a mid-level credit card collections analyst to monitor recovery strategies, portfolio performance, systems, and delinquency indicators in a hybrid Brazil-based role.

Description

  • Manage, monitor, and refine collections strategies for the credit card portfolio
  • Support credit recovery, delinquency reduction, and an appropriate customer experience
  • Track collections treatment paths, campaigns, and strategies across customer segments and delinquency stages
  • Analyze credit recovery, delinquency, roll rate, cure rate, and loss metrics
  • Assist with reviewing and implementing negotiation and installment-payment policies
  • Monitor and validate Recupera and Fiserv operations while supporting system adjustments and improvements
  • Evaluate collections-channel performance and recommend data-driven optimizations
  • Track portfolio metrics and help maintain efficient credit recovery channels and systems

Requirements

  • Professional experience in collections and credit recovery
  • Experience tracking and analyzing collections KPIs
  • Practical experience using the Recupera and Fiserv systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency for data and KPI analysis
  • Credit card collections experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience configuring collections rules is preferred but not required
  • Experience testing and enhancing communication and negotiation journeys is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of digital collections channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, and email, is preferred but not required
  • Experience contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives is preferred but not required
