Maintain quality, productivity, and target attainment in daily operations
Coordinate closely with Operations and other internal stakeholders

Requirements

At least six months of experience as a Team Lead, Coach, or comparable sales or outbound leadership professional, or at least 12 months as an Outbound Agent
Practical experience in telesales or telephone-based sales
Strong knowledge of sales metrics and performance management
A genuine interest in leading, motivating, and developing people
Excellent communication, confident decision-making, and a solution-focused approach
A self-directed, organized, and dependable working style
Residence in Germany
