IT Architecture and Infrastructure Specialist

Tahto is seeking an IT architecture and infrastructure specialist in Brazil to design Contact Center solutions across cloud, networks, data centers, and cybersecurity.

Description

  • Design IT solutions for Contact Centers, covering networks, public and private cloud, firewalls, and data center services such as DNS, WAF, and DHCP.
  • Translate client technical needs into suitable company solutions and explain their capabilities and value.
  • Plan implementations that support resilient production environments through infrastructure architecture and cybersecurity.
  • Evaluate production environments and identify opportunities to improve them.
  • Review RFPs, RFIs, and tenders; determine requirements, size solutions to technical specifications, and check compliance with terms of reference.
  • Work with manufacturers and suppliers to develop solutions and build technical expertise.
  • Take part in training and certification programs for solutions in the company portfolio.
  • Train the sales team on technical solutions created by the architecture team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, networking, or a related discipline.
  • Experience sizing and designing Contact Center IT solutions involving networks, public or private cloud, firewalls, and data center services such as DNS, WAF, and DHCP.
  • Experience planning and architecting solutions using Fortinet products.
  • Experience with Cloudflare solutions.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers.
  • Experience preparing technical questions and responses for public tenders and RFPs.
  • Experience designing infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Certifications in Contact Center or infrastructure solutions, such as NSE 1, NSE 2, NSE 3, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including MS Visio.
  • English for email, conversations, and calls is preferred.
