International HR Manager – Amsterdam Hybrid

Lead international HR strategy, operations, and employee lifecycle programs for STRADE’s aviation component services business. Support people initiatives across global locations, from recruitment and development to compliance and offboarding.

Description

  • Implement STRADE’s global HR strategy and priorities
  • Improve HR processes, policies, and people initiatives on an ongoing basis
  • Lead employee engagement, performance, talent and leadership development, succession planning, and engagement surveys
  • Support change management and organization-wide people initiatives
  • Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and promotion activities
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle across locations, including onboarding, development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Advise managers and employees on HR matters
  • Manage daily HR operations and administration
  • Oversee payroll inputs, employment contracts, employee records, HR data, and reporting
  • Apply the compensation and benefits strategy and coordinate administration with local providers
  • Manage external HR partners covering payroll, legal, benefits, and other HR services
  • Administer the HR budget
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and applicable standards
  • Maintain consistent HR policies, frameworks, and best practices across locations

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience across varied HR functions in an international setting
  • Background in HR operations, hire-to-retire administration, and policy implementation
  • Experience managing the full hire-to-retire cycle, including labor law, compensation, and recruitment
  • Able to partner effectively with management and team leaders while working independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective in multicultural and diverse working environments
  • University degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a comparable field
  • Fluent English communication skills
