Inside Sales Specialist – Singapore On-Site
TDCX is hiring an on-site Inside Sales Specialist in Singapore to convert sales opportunities, support customer orders, recommend suitable products, and manage performance targets and escalations.
Description
- Convert inbound sales opportunities by explaining product benefits and achieving short-term objectives and quotas
- Help customers place orders while providing product information and tailored recommendations
- Confirm that proposed products, services, and solutions address customer requirements
- Meet Sales, Quality, and Productivity standards while exceeding daily and monthly targets
- Identify, record, and route customer issues or recurring trends through the appropriate channels
- Keep product knowledge current through training sessions and updated reference materials
- Complete other duties assigned within the role and contribute to the ongoing improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System
Requirements
- A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field
- Related work experience of around two years is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong time management skills and a clear drive to exceed expectations
- Ability to manage competing tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the adaptability to learn new tools
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market
