Description

  • Assess automotive claims from intake through resolution while delivering attentive customer service.
  • Manage each claim from the initial contact to final closure.
  • Investigate claim details thoroughly and confirm coverage eligibility.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with customers.
  • Handle a consistently high volume of calls.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Use sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of call center or contact center experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard industry web applications.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Three to five years of claims handling experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are helpful but not required.
  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in a service drive is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical systems.
