Customer Service Specialist - Evesham On-Site

Manage customer orders, complaints, inventory, and shipments for Amcor’s sustainable packaging operations. Partner with Sales, Finance, and other teams to deliver responsive service and resolve complex customer issues.

Description

  • Manage customer orders from placement through delivery using CRM and ERP systems
  • Track fulfilment requirements, communicate significant delays, and coordinate with customers and Sales
  • Offer fulfilment alternatives and identify opportunities to add customer value
  • Prepare and lead annual, semiannual, or quarterly customer performance reviews
  • Handle customer requests and share relevant information and forecasts with adjacent functions
  • Proactively monitor finished-goods levels and aged inventory
  • Record customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up
  • Arrange product returns when required
  • Coordinate and track expedited shipments through delivery
  • Submit credit and debit note requests to Finance
  • Assist Finance and credit collection teams with disputed invoice processes
  • Maintain knowledge of service-level agreements, contracts, and other customer information
  • Strengthen customer relationships through efficient service and independent resolution of complex issues
  • Find and implement improved ways of working in customer service
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in a comparable role, ideally within packaging or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Strong Excel capability is valued
  • Fluency in English
