Client Services Associate – Idaho Remote

Support client accounts for Alturas Analytics, a bioanalytical CRO serving pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Prepare proposals, coordinate projects, and connect clients with scientific operations.

Description

  • Support Business Development with client accounts before and after awards
  • Coordinate daily client communications and account activities
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve client needs and support a responsive experience
  • Prepare business agreements, project estimates, quotations, and statements of work
  • Interpret study protocols and develop business documents, workflow timelines, and budgets with Project Coordinators, Principal Investigators, and the Laboratory Director
  • Maintain account and project information through CRM and project management processes
  • Hand clients off from Business Development to scientific operations after award
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Project Coordinators on new opportunities, scope changes, and study requests
  • Review laboratory services agreements and confidentiality agreements
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and video conference as needed
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical development, Contract Research Organizations, and the pharmaceutical and biotechnology marketplace
  • Experience with CRM and project management applications, including Constant Contact and Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical-thinking, time-management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of conflict-resolution techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with internal clients
  • Understanding of CRO operational functions preferred
  • Life science or preclinical or clinical research experience preferred
  • Experience with proposal and program coordination, client support, or marketing preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for more than two-thirds of the workday
  • Ability to use a telephone for more than two-thirds of the workday
  • Ability to talk or hear for more than two-thirds of the workday
