Client Services Assistant – Charity Link Hybrid

Description

  • Support campaign administration and client reporting activities
  • Notify charity clients promptly and accurately about amendments
  • Prepare Area Movements for clients and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising
  • Complete daily donor quality-control calls, with attention to compliance risks and sensitivity
  • Monitor quality-control calls and escalate conduct concerns
  • Plan, create, and manage Doorsets for the home-to-home channel
  • Collaborate with Field Managers and fundraisers to improve channel growth and quality
  • Record and report donor exceptions, cancellations, and amendments
  • Produce portal reports as needed
  • Support fundraiser mailing activities
  • Help develop and implement tablet processes and procedures
  • Manage related administration and respond to fundraiser queries
  • Collect data and contribute to monthly campaign KPI reporting
  • Attend regular internal and client team meetings
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and ongoing initiatives

Requirements

  • Highly organised, with strong administrative capabilities
  • Consistently accurate and attentive to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to manage competing tasks and set priorities effectively
  • Proactive, positive, and adaptable in approach
  • Strong capability in resolving problems
  • Experience in administration, customer service, client services, or a comparable role is preferred but not required
