Client Executive, Private Client Services - United States Remote

Remote Client Executive overseeing private client insurance portfolios, renewals, coverage placement, and collections. Leads service teams and expands high-net-worth insurance relationships.

Description

  • Manage servicing and solicitation activities for broker-assigned Private Client Services accounts
  • Oversee the book of business and coordinate the work of a service team
  • Develop Producer-referred business leads and pursue cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage renewals and recommend additional coverage lines
  • Review client coverage portfolios to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Service client accounts and provide claims support when needed
  • Analyze exposures, identify program gaps, and develop marketing strategies
  • Complete applications, secure quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare proposals and presentations
  • Bind coverage, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate coverage levels
  • Meet with clients as requested or directed by the Producer
  • Review accounting records, answer inquiries, correct discrepancies, and pursue receivable collections with clients
  • Act as a technical resource and support colleagues with complex issues
  • Collect fees and reconcile and resolve balances outstanding for up to 90 days after invoicing
  • Maintain complete, accurate records in accordance with agency management system standards
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least eight years of Private Client or high-net-worth insurance servicing experience
  • Valid insurance license
  • Maintain continuing education requirements for license renewal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of a broad range of customizable private client insurance coverages
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to build trust and de-escalate concerns
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and promote teamwork
  • Ability to protect confidential information
