Billing and Support Coordinator at CDW (London Hybrid)

Coordinate Professional Services billing, order administration, compliance documentation, and Power BI reporting for CDW in a London-based hybrid role. Support accurate forecasting, revenue activities, and communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Description

  • Lead the monthly billing cycle for Professional Services engagements
  • Oversee purchase and sales orders from initiation through completion
  • Assign ETA dates, follow up on progress, and close orders without delay
  • Prepare accurate third-party Professional Services purchase orders within SLA deadlines
  • Match contractor and agency-worker timesheets with purchase orders and invoices
  • Prepare, distribute, and track client sign-off documentation
  • Perform ITAD compliance checks and retain the necessary records
  • Record and upload reliable Professional Services data in Power BI
  • Audit weekly Power BI reports and correct identified discrepancies
  • Support Professional Services forecasting and revenue-related work
  • Coordinate with Resourcing, Sales Account Managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor the shared mailbox and provide timely updates to requesters
  • Process new requests, changes, and escalations accurately and promptly
  • Adhere to team procedures while maintaining at least 95% monthly accuracy

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative position
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfort working within established procedures with moderate supervision
  • Demonstrated success meeting and surpassing objectives
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
