Bilingual Intake Specialist - Remote Canada

Support Canadian pharmaceutical patient programs remotely through bilingual intake administration, accurate data handling, client communications, documentation, and adverse-event reporting.

Description

  • Provide administrative cross-coverage for the Patient Support Program
  • Process safety data, fulfillments and reviews, communications, field staff support, reports, data cleanup, meetings, filing systems, and other administrative tasks
  • Accurately enter and process program information in database systems
  • Manage incoming faxes and email correspondence
  • Handle email, telephone, fax, incoming mail, and outgoing mail
  • Prepare and distribute program letters and materials
  • Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels
  • Report Adverse Events and Severe Adverse Events in line with approved SOPs
  • Submit timesheets, expenses, mileage, and CRM report validations within required deadlines
  • Check program documentation for completeness and consistency
  • Carry out other administrative responsibilities assigned by the manager
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients

Requirements

  • Grade 12 education plus two years of community college, secretarial training, or equivalent work experience in office administration
  • Fluency in English and French is required
  • Experience supporting Patient Support Programs is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service abilities
  • Accurate data entry using both paper and electronic forms
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment
  • Advanced proficiency with information technology, Microsoft Office, telephone systems, and databases
  • Comfortable typing and using a range of computer-based applications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to reprioritize changing workloads
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to protect the confidentiality of patient data and information
  • Effective collaborator in a team setting
