Description

  • Originate, qualify, and oversee corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions with borrowers and decision-makers
  • Assess working capital and corporate debt requirements for companies generating more than R$15 million in annual revenue
  • Analyze projects and define their financing requirements
  • Sustain ongoing origination efforts against a benchmark of two structured contracts per week
  • Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to secure proposal validation
  • Develop business within the agribusiness sector
  • Match corporate financing needs with funding sources and design tailored credit structures

Requirements

  • Maintain an active client portfolio and verifiable direct relationships with C-level executives, finance leaders, and shareholders at medium-sized and large companies with annual revenue above R$15 million
  • Demonstrate practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding programs such as BNDES and comparable institutions
  • Understand financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
  • Interpret complex projects and assess working capital and corporate debt requirements
  • Bring initiative, commercial judgment, results focus, operational rigor, and strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Have highly senior commercial experience supporting medium-sized and large organizations across Middle Market and Large Corporate segments
  • Maintain an active portfolio and established relationships within agribusiness
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Agribusiness
