Originate, qualify, and oversee corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions with borrowers and decision-makers
Assess working capital and corporate debt requirements for companies generating more than R$15 million in annual revenue
Analyze projects and define their financing requirements
Sustain ongoing origination efforts against a benchmark of two structured contracts per week
Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to secure proposal validation
Develop business within the agribusiness sector
Match corporate financing needs with funding sources and design tailored credit structures

Талаптар

Maintain an active client portfolio and verifiable direct relationships with C-level executives, finance leaders, and shareholders at medium-sized and large companies with annual revenue above R$15 million
Demonstrate practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding programs such as BNDES and comparable institutions
Understand financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
Interpret complex projects and assess working capital and corporate debt requirements
Bring initiative, commercial judgment, results focus, operational rigor, and strong negotiation and closing ability
Have highly senior commercial experience supporting medium-sized and large organizations across Middle Market and Large Corporate segments
Maintain an active portfolio and established relationships within agribusiness
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Agribusiness
