Senior Financial Consultant – Structured Credit & Agribusiness (Remote)
Remote financial consultant structuring credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions for agribusiness companies. Builds relationships with decision-makers and originates corporate financing transactions.
Description
- Originate, qualify, and manage structured credit, securitization, and liquidity transactions with borrowers and decision-makers
- Assess working capital and corporate debt financing needs for companies with annual revenues above R$15 million
- Analyze projects and interpret their financing requirements
- Sustain ongoing origination activity against a benchmark of two structured contracts per week
- Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals
- Serve the agribusiness sector while developing and maintaining business relationships
Requirements
- Maintain an active portfolio and direct, verifiable relationships with C-level executives, finance directors, and shareholders at medium-sized and large companies generating more than R$15 million in annual revenue
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding lines such as BNDES
- Understand financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
- Interpret complex projects and assess working capital and corporate debt financing requirements
- Bring initiative, commercial judgment, results orientation, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration
- Have substantial commercial experience serving Middle Market and Large Corporate clients, with an active agribusiness portfolio and established relationships
- Bring skills in sales, corporate banking consulting, sales administration, and finance
