Support Uline customers in English and Spanish by processing orders, answering account and product questions, and recommending solutions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Description
- Process customer orders
- Suggest suitable products to customers
- Manage account inquiries using customer service technology
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping
- Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat
- Identify customer needs and recommend Uline solutions
- Guide customers through Uline’s website and online ordering
- Take part in practical training and continued support
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication abilities
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish
- Able to work on-site
- Available to work varied full-time on-site shifts in a 24/7 operation
- Complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
