  • Lead complex leadership and strategic searches from initial planning through offer close.
  • Map talent markets and turn research into sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Work with executives and senior hiring managers to define talent needs, assess candidate profiles, and guide hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and future talent prospects.
  • Provide tailored candidate experiences, including sensitive conversations and complex offer processes.
  • Manage changing priorities, weigh tradeoffs, and move decisions and next steps forward.
  • Partner strategically and operationally with the Head of Talent.
  • Set recruiting investment priorities and lead initiatives that strengthen the wider talent function.
  • Create scalable approaches to search planning, market research, reporting, candidate engagement, and workflows.
  • Use recruiting data and operational insights to identify issues and put practical solutions in place.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring at least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a technology company or high-growth startup.
  • Have a track record of independently leading complex senior searches, including Director-level and above, from strategy through close.
  • Bring deep expertise in talent-market mapping, research, sourcing, and proactive relationship building.
  • Be able to identify and engage exceptional candidates beyond active applicants.
  • Advise and influence executive stakeholders, navigate differing views, and align partners on hiring strategy and talent decisions.
  • Exercise sound judgment and work comfortably amid ambiguity.
  • Structure undefined problems independently, prioritize competing opportunities, and turn incomplete information into clear action.
  • Manage candidate relationships exceptionally and handle confidential or sensitive searches.
  • Bring strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Use recruiting data, structured processes, and practical improvements to make recruiting more effective.
  • Preferred: experience contributing to talent strategy, recruiting operations, or cross-functional initiatives beyond individual requisitions.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and reside there by the start of employment.
  • Have experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Have experience recruiting for relevant teams.
  • Have experience using Ashby ATS.
