- Lead proactive outbound prospecting through cold calls and personalized, multi-touch campaigns
- Research, segment, prioritize, and develop target accounts and assigned territories
- Connect with HSE, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders to qualify interest and schedule discovery calls
- Define ideal customer profiles and personas, then tailor messaging to relevant buying signals
- Keep Salesforce records accurate and maintain disciplined follow-up throughout the sales process
- Conduct discovery calls that are well qualified and thoroughly documented for the Sales team
- Apply AI-enabled tools to strengthen prospecting and outreach effectiveness
- Partner with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, events, account follow-up, and pipeline-generation initiatives
- Refine team messaging, outreach cadences, call strategies, and sales development processes
- Expand Veriforce’s pipeline for contractor management, safety, and compliance SaaS solutions in high-risk industries
- Report to the Senior Manager of Sales Development
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated quota-carrying experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a closely related sales role, with documented personal results
- Professional experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Hands-on outbound prospecting experience, including cold calling, territory planning, multi-touch outreach, and qualification
- Familiarity with modern sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or comparable platforms
- Experience using AI-supported prospecting tools
- Ability to work independently, structure a productive day, protect prospecting time, and consistently follow through
- Strong, concise communication skills and credible customer-facing presence
- Ability to adapt outreach to different buyer personas
- Self-directed, persistent, accountable, disciplined, curious, and competitively motivated approach
- Receptiveness to coaching and ability to incorporate feedback
- Experience selling into regulated, industrial, energy, utility, construction, safety, or compliance sectors is preferred
