- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance through tickets, chat, email, and remote sessions
- Support macOS and Windows 11 devices alongside Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and Zoom
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and role changes
- Administer and troubleshoot Okta, Entra ID, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and related identity services
- Manage SaaS applications including Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, GitHub, Claude Enterprise, and Workato
- Deploy, configure, and maintain devices with Intune, Iru, and CrowdStrike
- Keep asset records accurate and oversee device lifecycles
- Assist with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other AI tools while encouraging responsible use
- Build scripts, automations, and workflow improvements to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
- Create and update documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures
- Occasionally assist with Zoom Rooms, Teams meetings, executive users, and company events
- Support service quality, SLA results, knowledge sharing, accurate asset management, automation, and process improvement
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, service desk, or end-user computing
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and Zoom
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including Okta, Entra ID, single sign-on, and multifactor authentication
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Iru, or comparable mobile device management platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service abilities
- Experience in a fast-paced, remote-first workplace
- Basic scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, Workato, or similar tools
- Interest in AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude
- Careful attention to detail, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement
- ITIL, Okta, Microsoft, Apple, or security certifications are an advantage
