- Partner with the CPO and global HR organisation.
- Build the systems, processes and discipline needed to plan succession for critical roles and capabilities.
- Develop and manage the leadership development approach.
- Embed leadership competency frameworks and ensure people gain the experience needed for critical roles.
- Create and deliver an external recruitment strategy for senior leadership talent.
- Promote diversity and cultural alignment in talent acquisition.
- Apply data analytics to talent decisions.
- Track progress and evaluate the impact of talent and leadership initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with global talent policies and governance standards.
- Work with the CPO and HR leadership team to turn business strategy into people strategies.
- Lead organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, succession, engagement and change initiatives.
- Support business performance and strengthen the global HR organisation.

- Bring at least 15 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles.
- Have expertise in HR business partnering, succession planning and leadership development.
- Understand global talent trends and leading practices in executive development.
- Show success in building leadership pipelines and managing organisational change.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influence at Board and Executive levels.
- Experience in organisational development and performance management is an advantage.
