  • Deliver, retrieve, maintain, and transport medical device equipment for healthcare customers
  • Develop and sustain relationships with healthcare customers, patients, and hospital staff
  • Prepare medical equipment for patient use through cleaning, disinfection, quality-control testing, validation, and routine maintenance
  • Manage orders and keep electronic documentation and records accurate
  • Assess service and product inquiries, respond promptly, follow up, and identify unmet customer needs
  • Investigate missing or misplaced equipment at customer sites and service locations
  • Operate a company vehicle safely for equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service
  • Plan and prioritize work to meet customer service deadlines
  • Pick, pack, ship, receive, load, and unload medical equipment and supplies
  • Comply with work, safety, company, and departmental policies while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace
  • Support process training for employees and customers
  • Act as the designated facility contact when the Field Service Lead is unavailable
  • Manage an assigned service-center process, such as inventory control, tracking, reconciliation, or order management
  • Handle next-level escalations and assume ownership of at least one key service-center responsibility

आवश्यकताएँ

  • High school diploma, GED, or higher
  • At least three years of experience in a customer-facing or service-related role
  • A current, valid driver’s license
  • Availability for non-traditional schedules, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call assignments
  • Ability to satisfy physical requirements through fitness testing specified in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and iOS applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time-management and prioritization skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa
