Executive Assistant to CEO and Chief of Staff – Argentina Remote
Support Superside’s CEO and Chief of Staff with complex scheduling, correspondence, leadership meetings, and strategic operations. This contract role is remote from Argentina at an AI-powered creative company serving global brands.

- Manage the CEO’s and Chief of Staff’s calendars, including key meetings, one-to-ones, department meetings, and All Hands
- Oversee daily correspondence and calendar coordination for both executives
- Create and format presentations while supporting leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, board updates, and strategy sessions
- Coordinate offsites and customer summits, including travel, venues, and vendors
- Act as the primary contact for scheduling requests from senior stakeholders
- Safeguard sensitive information related to compensation discussions, reorganization planning, and personnel matters
- Monitor recurring commitments and deadlines, proactively identifying conflicts
- Support leadership meetings with research, note-taking, timekeeping, and follow-up tracking
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on ad hoc projects connected to leadership initiatives
- Use AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT for drafting, summarization, and administrative tasks
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience supporting a senior executive as an Executive Assistant, preferably a C-suite leader at a fast-growing startup, agency, or SaaS company
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shift context quickly
- Proven judgment in deciding when to take action and when to escalate
- Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at prioritizing competing demands
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft in another person’s voice
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones within a remote-first global team
- Technical proficiency with Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for drafting or summarization
