Customer Service Specialist (Poland, Remote)
Support Liebherr’s Polish service network by coordinating customer inquiries, claims, orders, training, and service-process improvements. Work with service partners, repair centers, retailers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

- Advise service providers, repair centers, retail partners, and end customers on customer service matters
- Coordinate warranty, statutory liability, and goodwill claims
- Manage spare-parts requests with timely, customer-focused processing
- Record, process, and monitor orders for the Service division
- Coordinate customer and service inquiries with internal specialists and external service partners
- Help resolve technical and organizational issues
- Maintain professional communication with customers and business partners
- Help organize and deliver training for retail partners and service technicians
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of service processes and workflows
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
- Some professional experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable organizational role, preferably in a technical setting
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good written and spoken German and/or English
- Proactive, organized, and self-directed working style
- High level of quality awareness and reliability
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Effective ability to prioritize tasks
- Confident and courteous communication with managers, employees, customers, and business partners
