Customer Service Specialist — Ascensus (Remote, US)
Provide remote customer support to financial institutions and Ascensus staff on IRA, HSA, and ESA compliance and account operations. Handle inbound calls, deceased-account claims, and appropriate cross-selling of Ascensus products.

- Support banks, credit unions, and Ascensus staff with call-center and operational processes.
- Assist with compliance and account operations for IRAs, HSAs, ESAs, and other account types.
- Respond to inbound client calls.
- Process death claims and related forms for deceased IRA, HSA, and ESA account holders.
- Identify opportunities to recommend other Ascensus products when appropriate.
- Stay familiar with Ascensus offerings and market products that may benefit clients.
- Safeguard confidential Ascensus information and handle it appropriately.
- Reflect Ascensus culture and core values in daily work.
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or related work experience in its place.
- Call-center experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior knowledge of financial services, particularly credit unions and banks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service ability.
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to protect and properly handle confidential information.
- In-depth knowledge of IRS rules and regulations and the operational processes relevant to the role.
